I'm quite a fan of Excel Saga, so I'd have to say that. Also, some episodes of Hugurashi no naku koro ni, even though it's not a predominately funny series, leave me in hysterics! For more Supreme WTF-ness, check out Galaxy angel or Miami Guns, both of which you may find hilarious depending on your level of (in)sanity.

Love Hina definetly has some funny parts, but I'm going to say that FLCL is the funniest anime. I don't think I've ever laughed so hard at an anime.
