Yeah, the manga is realllly ahead of the anime right about now.

Manga is well into Part 2, whereas the anime is still stuck in Part 1.2 (a.ka. filler episodes that don't do crap).

i seen up to episode 190. i dont know were that's at in the manga so i cant start reading the manga...

Well to give you an idea. Episode 190 is still into Filler Episode, which means it's not part of the main storyline.

At the moment, the latest Naruto Chapter is 313, Part 1 spans roughly from Chapter 1 to 238. The manga's official filler episode spans from Chapter 239 to 244 which peeks into Kakashi's past (namely how he obtained his Sharingan). And Part 2 spans from 245 to present.

The anime hasn't showed the Kakashi's Past filler thing, so it's before Chapter 239. That should give you an idea how far apart manga and anime are.

I draw manga a lot so right now im doing a comic/ manga thing. Its about naruto stuff, like the villages, but different characters.

The manga takes a while because it's real time manga making. That and it's ongoing. Usually releases on Thursday, I think that's when weekly Shonen Jump magazine is out.

Gah, I've recently been watching the naruto episodes on youtube since in enlgand its only just come out on Jetix and its stopped around episode 35
But the fact that the manga is far ahead of the anime is very true, but you have to be flexible about it. The Naruto crew make 20 pages a week. The anime has to be done panel by aching panel to make the animation smooth, so its kind of expected.
