molgera (LoZ wind waker)
aquamorhpis (LoZ) i cant remember his name but he was the first boss and he was really annoying

yes that is annoying anddude molgera is the one where you have to slice up her tounge with the hookshot and you never know where she pops up so shes really annoying

meh ganondorf so true espically in orcina of time. Ganon is easy in oricana of time if you have the biggorem sword. I like Trinova when they are combined :)

man its been forever since I've played Wind Waker. I never completed the "Pajama Quest", lol. Do u get anything for beating it?
Most annoying boss in a LoZ game? umm... idk, they're all so fun and competing lol. I dont think I've had a great problem with any boss in particular, my memory is so dead of what the boss battles were like :(
o yeah,
That boss in the 3rd Dungeon/Water Temple, on OoT, after u grew up. I hated that thing's guts like crazy. and the horribly complex temple u had to go through to get to it. o yeah, there was Dark Link too! but he was fun :D

No kidding. And after you finish it you have to climb a ramp with spike things going back and forth which takes for ever. Definately the hardest temple, but the boss isn't that bad.
