But yeah, deal with it, it sucks and everything, but teachers put restrictions for a reason (besides annoying you students).

Merge takes both threads' posts and rearranges them into a single thread by order of date posted, if I remember correctly.

Just learn on your own how to get past firewalls, and get to the mainframe. And make sure not to leave any tracks, or you're toast. Demo...I dunno if that's gonna work in this case, and I'm not a hacker becuz I dunno a thing about hacking, so sorry, can't help ya beyond that. XD

Yeah, you click check box to the right top corner of the post and then click the "Merge Posts" button the bottom of the page in the "Moderation" drop down menu. Then, bam! Click ok after you hit go, and you're good. *As seen above*

dude, bad very bad idea to try to get the attention of a hacker....they are mostly people who like to fuck up other ppls computers and communications hardware and software and it is never a good idea to get involved with one....very bad idea dude....just learn something about software reprogramming....dunno nething about it cept that its not impossible and why would u want to do nething illegal on school comps neway...those comps are so loaded with educational software that they are slow and suck big time...waste of ur time dude...just get a cell...or use ur own comp at home...

I highly doubt it, I can tell you are a script kiddie who thinks they know everything if anything at all. I bet you don't know the difference between a PS and a Packet Sniffer. You do not have to know the computer type at all. And the firewall password... there are more than a billion ways to get around one.

But anyways what makes me mad about this topic is that no one knows the true meaning to hackers and the difference between a hacker and a cracker.

Cracking is essentially what is being discussed here. And that the malicious attack of software to accomplish a completely unrelated (and mostly private) gain. Crackers are also known as blackies or bHs or occasionally black-hats and even less rarely darksides.

Hacking is when you take programs and essentially stretch the limits of computer technology (but not necessarily restricted to computers themselves ala phones satellites etc.) If you follow that rule, one could say the internet was hacked by hackers into its current self(or created by hackers in less complex terms). The term "Hackers" has no relation with breaking and entering computers AT ALL.


On terms of getting into a school computer. It is better not to mess with that. Easy of all government offices (except for probably a library/and not saying that I have dealt in any governmental offices) but none the less part of the government and should be respected out of sheer power and what they can do to you.


If you have the option to, just use a proxy server. If not just give up, its not like missing an hour of internet a day is going to kill you.

now that that is past us, with help to your problem to get to this site from school, just google something involoing the words, phproxy or something to the extent. thats what we do where i come from.
