This is concept of a movie called "The Tracey Fragments) starring Ellen Page (my favorite actress). I don't know when it comes to the States, but it has its Canadian premiere in October 2007. This is the official site and I think the trailor plays automatically. I have to say, I'm super jealous of Canadians becuase they have Ellen Page and all we've got is fuckin' Lindsay Lohan.
