It's not spamming when they've only posted one post, and you're allowed to post links to websites that are real and all, Sanosuke.

It's only when they post forum URLs (come join our new forums, etc) and links to obvious spams (like advertisement sites, viagra, etc), then you can call them n00bs, I suppose.
