Besides, custom usertitles were made such a big deal to get(why, I don't know), so I'm fairly certain an option to change your entire username is out of question, as it should be.

I don't dig the whole username nonsense. The Anonymous system of 2ch-style boards suits me much better.
With usernames, members are prone to vanity. They start to judge posts not by the contents themselves, but also by the circumstances of the poster.
Forums then become a place where one inflates their own ego rather than contribute and discuss.

What's the big deal about usernames anyways? Pick a name to your liking and stick with it. When I joined up I picked Sanosuke as it came to mind. And I liked it. It all depends on the user.

Use a random number generator to pick a random page from your dictionary, then point at a random word on the page and use that. If your dictionary has "rukia" in it, burn it.
