Beatle has just been getting a lot lately because (well honestly) he wants it. He's seeking out attention. Being home-schooled (and it seems like his mom has to work a lot), he probably doesn't get too much attention from other kids/people, and rather than getting no attention, he'll settle for some negative attention. Why else would he keep posting things he knows is going to get him flamed upon?


Notice, prior to the thing he posted about his dog, few members paid attention to him, and he hardly posted a thing at all. Then, when people started showing him some attention (even though it was negative), the number of ridiculous posts he created started increasing. Rather than do the opposite of what was getting him negative attention, Beatle increased it.

You may be looking at this from a different perspective but most I've met, are not. Maturity may very well mean something different to you and I. And this is by no means a demeaning remark, but when you're 14 years old you've only had 14 years of experience to see what maturity is. As you get older you will find that your thought processes start to broaden and you see things much differently.

Seriously, maturity doesn't equal age. But, time in and of itself does account for a lot in this area. So, I doubt not that your friends are probably more mature than the average 14 year old, but it's debatable as to whether or not they're matured.

And it's nothing to be offended over. I'd rather be 14 again with no responsibility and just worried about school as my only real concern in life. Srsly, those were the days...
