So my uncle got his rear done in from a crappy driver from behind (hastily turning out into busy traffic) like 2 weeks ago. The driver admits his fault and balbhalbhalblah so it's just him dealing with the insurance company. At first, they said they'll repair and stuff, giving him details of local panelbeaters etc, but now they're saying fuck you and uttering pure bullshit.
Bullshit as in they keep pounding on the fact that his car's too old (depreciation sucks) and they have a rule that they won't fix cars whose pre-accident value is less than the repair cost. Lose-lose argument. My uncle decided to trade in the car at a local dealer.

From that experience, if you live in this country, you can ram any old car you see and you don't have to do anything about it. Fuck insurance companies, the bastards. _b
