Maturity is good, man.

'Cause, like, this place is totally lacking in it.

Share the wealth.

Sorry for the late reply; I've been busy unpacking and responding to billions of other messages [email, myspace, deviantart, etc].

Sizol, we did go to Annapolis! I liked Annapolis a lot. . .my friends and I had fun there. And yes, I did enjoy all the sites.

Well, first off, I'd like to say that I think the most emotional part of the whole trip is a tie between the Holocaust Museum and Arlington Cemetery and the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier[s?]. The Holocaust Museum was simply breathtaking with all the stuff and information within. All the symbolism in the architecture. . .the artifacts. . .wow. I was totally overwhelmed when I walked in there. The Tomb of the Unknown Soldier and Arlington were just. . .wow. . .so amazing. So many people and so much respect. I just don't know what to say. . .

Well, we left Monday morning at 4:30 am. We drove for what felt like forever until we pulled into the buffet place. . .I forget the name of the place. We had breakfast there for like an hour and a half and then we hit the road again for another 2 or 3 hours. Then we stopped at the Gateway Resturant and we had lunch. Pizza, yum. We drove again and then arrived in Gettysburg. We did the tour of the battle land and stuff. . .it was uber boring. The guy was talking about being on his fingertip and I'm like "wtf???" so yeah. That was pretty much pointless to me. That night, we went to the Dobbin House for dinner. The food there was terrible. The only good thing about that meal was the desert. . .yummmm. Like Chocolate-Chocolate cake [cake-frosting] on little plates. We then got back on the buses again and started driving to D.C. We arrived at the hotel late in the night and all my friends were tired and pissed off because nobody would shut up so Mr. Bodizzle [his name was altered by Sizol when he was my age] would dismiss us to our rooms. Finally, we were dismissed, and my friends and I stumbled up the stairs into our room, 411. I set up my stuff and showered, and got to bed around midnight.

Well, I can't remember much more about Tuesday and Wednesday because I'm tired right now. . .I can remember Thursday pretty clearly though. I think we did Mount Vernon on Thursday. . .hmmm. Well, the thing that stuck out the most that day was the fact that I cried. Before moving on to why exactly I cried, I'll mention the fact that my pet bird, Mel, died the week before D.C. and I had not gotten over that yet. Not to mention that the acedemic pressure from the week before was still on me. So I broke out in tears when my friend, who is extremely spoiled [so its true, but i'm still best friends with her], said something to me. All the pressure and negative voices in my head just. . .I don't know what to say. . .made me explode in tears. It was uncontrollable. So many people were like, "What's going on Sarah?", "Are you okay?", "Did Paige say something?". . .and they wouldn't freakin leave me alone. So it was like 10 times worse than my regular cry. Gah, then came the Night Tour. I was pissed off at the world and tired. So that was terrible. Wait, I'm remembering that this was all on Wednesday. 'Cause on Thursday, we did Medival Times. Ah, yes its all coming back to me.

So on Thursday we uhhh. . .I don't know. All I know is that on Thursday, we got dressed up for Medival times and I was in my cute little dress. It was fun and awesome. . .gah, i'm running out of adjectives here. On the way back, William and Brian played card games with me.

On Friday, we left for. . .uhhh. . .oh yeah. . .Baltimore. We went to the Aquarium. . .and ate in a mall type thing. Hybrid, sure. Then we went to Annapolis and walked around and then had our last dinner together as a group. That was rad. Then, we boarded the buses for back home. Wow. That was a freakin long busride. Ack, I died. Because I cannot sleep on buses, I died. So I was up all alone all night/morning. And not to mention that they were playing stupid movies like really loudly. . .gar. That was uber annoying. So eventually, I decided to sleep on the floor because you know, nobody's gonna be walking around on the bus at like 2 am-ish. Unless they're insomniac. But yeah, I got like 2 hours of sleep. . .and then we arrived back at school at 6.

I sat on the computer till like 8 and then passed out right in front of it and then somehow got into my bed and awoke at like 7pm. My friends and I went to Starbucks and then swimming in one of their indoor pools. . .blah blah blah.

G'night, all.

I'll explain how I've grown emotionally later.
