abusement is just wrong. i can't believe anyone would do such a horrible thing. that's why they have animal police. I actually found a lost dog on the side of the street last week and me, my two sisters and one of my sis's boyfriend was driving and we just saw the dog. I don't remember what kind it was but they said it was a really expensive dog. But the dog was totally not scared, and so my sis's boyfriend went out to get him and the dog was very friendly. we called the number on his collar and we got to the owner's house, but when my sis's boyfriend returned him, the dog didn't want to go. We thought it was like being mistreated, but we don't know what happened.:(
