International Cheese Day, everybody.
Sooo, how does one measure love? How do you measure love? Is it by how much time you spend on the loved one? Is it by how much dollars? Is it by how many things you buy for her/him/it? Is it by how many txt msgs you send each day?!
There probably isn't a definite answer, so, amuse me with your replies. I'll most likely be back in a week to see them.

For me, if I'm going through a rough patch (y'know, disagreeing, finding out they're secretly killing children, whatever) with someone I believe I love (to whatever degree) but there's still nowhere I'd rather be than with them, I generally associate that with something that may be love.

Are you asking for a quantitative unit of love?

The feeling you get when you're around them that made you think it's love in the first place.

Well, love is a very temporary thing. So temporary, in fact, that any measure of love I give would last but only for a moment, to be replaced by another value in the next instant.
Here's a useful formula:
Love percentage = Current length of erection ÷ Maximum length of erection × 100%
The higher the ratio, the more love I have for someone. 100% would be me loving to the most of my capabilities. Though as I said, this sort of measurement can't be taken for very extended periods of time.

Question is, how much is it to be enough, per se? I'm not asking if I'm in love or not and all that mumble jumbo stuff. Give me more credit, geez.

Oh man, I think I passed over this topic just to save you guys time in reading.
To sum it up:
There's no greater love than that of a person laying down their life for someone else.

Indeed, to end your life so that others may live is the ultimate show of affection.

So your saying love is measured in how quickly you give up your life for someone? Damn I've been making it wrong :lmao:

No, it's the ultimate showing of unselfishness.
Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. 5It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. 6Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. 7It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres.
8Love never fails. But where there are prophecies, they will cease; where there are tongues, they will be stilled; where there is knowledge, it will pass away. But, love never fails.
