God of War II

I just got this game today, and it is awesome. Take the original game, all the fantastic stuff and the the annoying stuff, subtract the annoying stuff and you get God Of War II. It's as about as polished as a game can get. If you were a fan of the original or if you just love action games, you will not want to miss out on this one. Really breaths just a little more life into the PS2, makes you glad you still have a ps2.

it is really awesome, plus you play as Kratos who is a Spartan, I don't know if they planned the release, but it worked for me, I saw 300 in theatres, and then the next week, God of War II comes out. Coincidence?

Yeah, I got mine on the 13th (we were one of the lucky stores that had same day shipping). GoWII totally fucking pwns. Add to it, My manager is going to let me take home the GoWII standup (cardboard cut-out that our gamestops get) in a week or so.

Well I didnt care to much for it... I liked the first but I didn't feel like playing the same game again. It just seemed to much like the first so I took my reserved copy back to gamestop and got my monney back and bought .hack//g.u instead

I enjoyed GU better then GoW to be honest but I wouldn't sell it, GoW was a really good game.

Well, action games just aren't quite my cup of tea. I prefer a decent RPG to an action game anyway just because thats how I am.

Well I like .hack games. I can't wait tell volumn one comes out in the US. GoW just wasnt much fun for me. Expicially when you have full strength then loose it and have to start all over. Seems like a big lost. They could have done a memory load from your memory card from the first game to take your lvl and equipment. (Wandering any reason why pegasus has flaming wings? Lokks like that would belong to Applo)

Well there fun... I just really don't care much for GoW. The thing that got me was when you had to twitch the analog back and forth or press a button repeatadly over and over agin. My hands kept cramping up playing that game.

The in-game button sequences are what make God of War a pioneering series. It has never been done so well and formed so amazingly.
