Well, this is a forum game I haven't seen here.

The idea is simple. Make a wish and get a twisted response from the user below. Make sure you retain the underlined things. I wish and Granted are very important.

Such as "I wish I had a hug.

The response would be "Granted. But the Hugs give you Aids."

Or something similar.
