Set in the Japanese Meiji-era a ditsy waitress named Fuu accidentally meets up with and saves two wandering samurai who are complete opposites of each other. One being Mugen who is a free spirit who has a very strong and flashy fighting style while the other samurai is Jin who is as well-mannered and honorable as any noble warrior with just as much of a refined style as his noble nature.
Fuu soon convinces them to help her find a mysterious samurai that "smells like sunflowers" so they agree but realize it's not going to be easy when they find they're all opposites while hilarity and awesome fighting come into play in this great anime.
