A 25 year old student, Kintaro Oe, travels around after dropping out of Tokyo University's law program. He's a brilliant guy with a dumb way of doing things and an amazing fetish for toilets that beautiful women have recently used.
As weird as he is, he's quite deceivingly intelligent. He seems to flub up every situation he's in but it all some how works out for to his favor and advantage.
He travels about learning new occupations and meeting gorgeous women wherever he goes. He often falls for them and ends up making a fool of himself and then somehow turns the tables to make the women adore him. Although he seems perverted, he always stays honorable.
